The Road to Monterrey is a four-month virtual learning experience (January–April 2026) that gives our community the opportunity to learn together, explore the conference themes, and meet fellow attendees along the way.
A 90-minute interactive session featuring open dialogue, real-time engagement, and direct access to leading thinkers in our field.
A 30-minute “after party” – an informal space to connect with conference organizers, ask questions, meet other facilitators, and continue the conversation while the energy is high.
Each session is intentionally mapped to one of our conference tracks, helping you explore key themes such as connection, trust, systems, and facilitation practice with depth and intention.
