HOTEL RATE TERMS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Rates quoted in Mexican pesos on the date of payment. Rates include taxes (16% VAT, 3% state lodging tax), per room, per night for single to quadruple occupancy. In the event of changes in tax laws that modify the percentages of the taxes indicated, rates will be adjusted accordingly.
2. Rates are European Plan (does not include meals).
3. Rates are per room, per night, for single to quadruple occupancy.
4. Housekeeping service charge of $40.00 ($2.5 USD) per room per night. per room per night. per room per night.
5. Bell service charge of $40.00 MXN ($2.5 USD) per person.
