A regional conference hosted by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), bringing together facilitators, coaches, consultants, leaders, and educators to learn, connect, and advance facilitation practice.
Who should attend?
Professional facilitators, coaches, trainers, organizational development practitioners, leaders, students, and anyone who designs or leads group processes.
Do I need to be an IAF member to attend?
No. The conference is open to both IAF members and non-members.
What is the conference theme?
Facilitating on the Edge — exploring the evolving boundaries of facilitation, including complexity, trust, technology, culture, and professional practice.
Dates & Location
When is the conference?
April 30 – May 2, 2026.
Where is the conference held?
Monterrey, Mexico, at the Crowne Plaza Monterrey by IHG.
Where should I stay?
We encourage staying at the location of the conference (Crowne Plaza Monterrey by IHG) but it is not required. You are welcome to arrange lodging and transportation on your own.
Which airport should I fly into?
Monterrey International Airport (MTY).

Registration
When does registration open?
Registration is open and available on the conference website through Apr 10, 2026 or until tickets sell out. Regular registration opened on January 1st and the Last Minute registration tickets will open on February 15th.
Will there be early-bird pricing?
Yes, early-bird registration closed on December 31, 2025. Discount pricing is available for students or military and conference planning volunteers. Email us at americas2026@iaf-world.org to request more information if you fall into one of these categories. We’re here to help.
What is included in the registration fee?
Access to conference sessions, materials, meals and networking events. Additional details are available upon registering for the event.

Can I earn IAF certification at the conference?
Yes. The conference offers opportunities to pursue IAF professional certification.
