Learn, Grow and Connect
Explore one of our four core learning tracks
Relationships, Trust & Connection
This track centres on the human element and relational heart of facilitation: the dynamics of how we foster meaningful connection, cultivate trust, and create spaces where diverse individuals and groups feel seen, heard and safe. It welcomes explorations of the emotional, cultural, and psychological foundations that underpin effective facilitation. Whether you're offering frameworks, stories from the field, or new ways to navigate complexity in relationships such as polarizing worldviews, this track seeks to celebrate the interpersonal foundation of impactful facilitation.
Technology and AI in Facilitation
As digital innovation accelerates, facilitation is no longer confined to traditional spaces or methods. This track invites proposals that consider how these innovations are transforming the facilitator's role, reimagining engagement, and pushing the boundaries of what facilitation can look like in a digitally integrated world, shaping the design and delivery of facilitated experiences.
Facilitation as a Profession & Business
This track invites conversations about facilitation as a career, a craft, and a business. It invites reflection on how facilitators build, grow, and sustain their professional identity and practice. The emphasis is on the evolving nature of facilitation as a recognized profession, including how facilitators navigate the practical, ethical, and strategic dimensions of their work. It also creates space for interrogating the structures and systems that define our profession.
Facilitation Tools & Methods
This track focuses on the “how” of facilitation, the techniques, models, frameworks, and creative approaches that facilitators use to engage groups, navigate complexity, and support learning, alignment, or decision-making. It is a space for those interested in exploring the mechanics of facilitation, experimenting with traditional or radical approaches, or exploring facilitation tools.
